BODY MASSAGE £300

Massage can help clients to de-stress, improve circulation, and reduce pain. Providing a massage treatment can be both beneficial to the client and the therapist and can lead to an incredibly rewarding career. The GTi Body Massage course covers massage techniques, a full body massage routine and the preparation you need for the treatment.

REFLEXOLOGY £300

This course covers reading and interpreting the feet as well as performing relaxation and pressure techniques. It also includes the theory and history behind the reflexology treatment. Resources with clear diagrams and images are included to give you the best possible learning experience. Reception, consultation and aftercare guidance is covered as well as contra-indications to treatment. The course includes online theory as well as a practical training session at Jo Pearson Training in Wakefield, designed to give you the confidence and ability to offer a full reflexology treatment.

HOT STONE MASSAGE £250

This course covers the technique and routine for carrying out a Hot Stone Massage. Reception, consultation and aftercare guidance is covered as well as contra-indications to treatment. Photographs and diagrams ensure this course is both engaging and informative to give you the confidence to perform this very popular treatment.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE £200

This course covers the technique for upper back, shoulder, upper arm, neck, scalp and face massage. It also includes the theory behind Indian Head Massage such as the history of the treatment, principles of ayurveda, marma points and chakras. The course includes resources with clear diagrams and images. Reception, consultation and aftercare guidance is covered as well as contra-indications to treatment. Photographs and videos ensure this course is both engaging and informative to give you the confidence to perform the Indian Head Massage.

WAXING £200

Waxing is an excellent addition to any treatment menu and provides repeat business as it is an essential maintenence option for many clients. The GTi Waxing Course meets the National Occupational Standards and covers the various types of hair removal, anatomy and physiology, skin disorders and diseases, contra-actions and contra-indications, reception, consultation, ventilation, technique, and aftercare.

EAR CANDLING £175

The GTi Ear Candling course covers how to give a full ear candle treatment and covers the history, technique and aftercare of the treatment. The course also covers reception and consultation, and contra-indications to treatment. It includes online theory as well as a practical training session at Jo Pearson Training in Wakefield designed to give you the confidence and ability to offer a full ear candle treatment

SPRAY TANNING £150

This course covers the technique for performing a spray tanning treatment illustrated by clear photographs. It also includes fantastic anatomy and physiology resources with clear diagrams. Health and safety guidance is covered as well as contra-actions and contra-indications and aftercare.

FACIAL GALVANIC £250

This course has been designed to give you all the skills and knowledge to be able to perform a galvanic facial treatment. It covers desincrustation and iontophoresis and the science behind how these techniques work on the skin to achieve different effects. You will learn how to prepare for the treatment as well as perform the different techniques. Theory is delivered online which means you can work at your own pace, in the comfort of your own home. The practical training is taught in one day at Jo Pearson Training in Wakefield

FACIAL £250

This course covers the technique for performing a superficial and deep cleanse, tone, steam, extract, massage, mask and moisturisation. It also includes fantastic anatomy and physiology resources with clear diagrams and images. Health and safety guidance is covered as well as skin conditions, skin analysis and advice about different skin types as well as guidance as to which type of product is suitable for use.

MANICURE £160

Manicures can be found on nearly every treatment menu, and are often the bread and butter of many businesses. The manicure offers the therapist or technician a whole range of options to suit nearly every client. This course will teach you the essential skills you need to know about offering a professional manicure, and includes a practical training session and assessment.

PEDICURE £200

Pedicures are a fantastic way to get new clients into the salon. It is a treatment that is often given as a treat, or is booked to make tired toes look respectable. Once a client has been made to look and feel better, they are much more inclined to repeat the process, and you will hopefully have gained a customer for life. The GTi Pedicure course teaches you how to complete a professional pedicure treatment and includes a practical training and assessment day.

GEL POLISH £150

The GTi Gel Polish course covers how to complete gel polish application and demonstrates the correct removal techniques. The course also covers reception and consultation, contra-indications to treatment and aftercare advice. The course is beautifully written and accompanied by images and diagrams to give you the best possible learning experience.

EYEBROW, FACIAL WAXING & TINTING £180

This course covers the techniques to enable you to provide a professional eyebrow & facial waxing & eyebrow tinting treatment. Theory is delivered online with clear diagrams.

The practical element is taught in a full day training session. Consultation and contra-indication guidance is covered in the theory element of the course. Photographs and diagrams ensure this course is both engaging and informative to give you the confidence to perform a professional Eyebrow & Facial Waxing & Eyebrow Tinting Treatment

LASH & BROW TREATMENTS £200

This course covers the technique for eyebrow shaping, eyelash tinting, eyebrow tinting, the application of strip lashes and the application of flare lashes. It also includes fantastic anatomy & physiology resources with clear diagrams and images. Reception, consultation and aftercare guidance is covered as well as contra-indications to treatment. Photographs and diagrams ensure this course is both engaging and informative to give you the confidence to perform all of these lash and brow treatments.

LASH LIFT & TINT £200

This course will teach you about the technique, products and tools used to provide a professional Lash Lift and Tint treatment and includes a practical training session and assessment. theory is completed online and practical is completed at Jo Pearson Training in Wakefield

Enrolment details:

Once you have booked your training course and paid the enrolment and theory fee of £25, you will be able complete the theory modules for the course right away. Once you have completed the theory modules, a practical session code will be displayed on the final module which you can pass on to Jo Pearson Training. When you have successfully completed your practical training, your tutor will pass you and a GTi Certificate will be available for you to download or purchase on your portal. We are flexible with dates and we also offer FREE PARKING and FREE LUNCH in our garden centre restaurant, or you can bring your own
